This is a tilt hat fascinator of my dreams.  The parisisal straw base hugs the side of the head as it tilts down the face.  Topped with a perfect little straw bow, the hat secures to the head with a thin elastic that goes under the hair, behind your head.  A great hat option for Oaks Day.
